Setting up Siilo Connect for your Organisation
From the Connect dashboard, manage users, broadcast messages, coordinate groups, and monitor anonymised member activity.
Introduction and log in to Siilo Connect
Welcome to the introduction videos for Siilo Connect. Here, you can find all the topics we will discuss during the Admin Training, one by one. Use the Siilo Messenger app to login.
- Go to connect.siilo.com.
- Scan the QR code with the Siilo Messenger app on your phone to verify your identity.
View your Admin Dashboard
We will take a look at the user statistics within your network.
We will cover topics such as the number of members, the number of active members, chat messages per week, and the number of active groups.

To help you get started, you can find useful tips at the top of every page within the Dashboard environment.
Coordinate Member Interaction
In this video, we will look together at the “Members” tab.
We will discuss all the members in the network, the completeness of their profiles, and the specific profile fields of your organization.
Groups
During this video, we will discuss the groups and group chats that we can create in the Siilo Connect environment and the value of creating groups in this environment.
Inbox
We will talk about the inbox in Siilo Connect, how we can sort messages, and how we can send messages to the entire organization, specific members of the organization, or a filtered group of people using broad- or narrowcasting.
Onboarding
In this video, we will show you how to add members to the network by adding them manually or using a QR code.
We will also discuss potential members, what this entails, and how best to reach them.

Encourage pending members to complete their onboarding process by sending an email reminder.
Wall Set Up
In this video, we will discuss the network feed.
We will cover the themes we can set up within the intranet, the rights to respond to or read these themes, and the colors that the network displays.

During this video, we will talk about setting the organization name, profile picture, and banner, as well as the profile fields you can create to enhance discoverability within your network.
